There is something about coming to a realization, that spark of an “Aha”, that sends a sort of release throughout me. That sense of “now I understand” transforms a cloudy, half asleep pair of eyes into alert mechanisms, opening a pathway to the soul, as a connection deep within vibrantly comes to the surface.
More profound is the sense that is given, when that realization is shared. When that connection, that “Aha”, that realization that many of us totally miss, on a daily basis, or maybe never get (without someone pointing it out to us), comes through us and surfaces, it asks only one more thing of us. That is to be shared, without fear.
Once shared, I’ve noticed there to be a release, as if “mission accomplished”. Not everyone will get it, right away, if at all. Yet, somehow, in the sharing there is that release. That letting go, at a gut level, as if some tension in our body has suddenly been dismissed. This, much the same as the release we feel, after a good cry.
