Making room

When it comes time to revamp our landscapes, we must first acknowledge what we don’t like about the existing landscape, what no longer serves us. The next step is to identify what we do want to bring into our landscape, what we ultimately want our landscape to look like, to feel like, how we want it to serve us. Most importantly, we need to make room for the new landscape features.
Much is the same as in our lives. In order to facilitate change in our lives, for our lives to become refreshed, new and improved, we must identify that which we don’t want and no longer serves us. Follow this by acknowledging what it is that we do want in our lives, asking for that to be brought into our lives. Then, let go of that which no longer serves us, in order to have room for the new.
As in landscaping our yard, there may be aspects of this process which we need help with. There may be part, or much we can do on our own. We must not be afraid to ask for help.
